Happy 50th Steve Bissette

I'm a day late with this, but Happy 50th Birthday to Steve Bissette, one of my favourite modern comic book artists. Check out the recently updated information on his website, including a birthday card from Mark Martin and news that he'll soon be contributing an illustrated history of dinosaur comics over at the Palaeoblog. And the HSU Bissette Collection has put up a preliminary webpage. Looks like the second half-century is off to a busy start for SRB.

(by the way, just wanted to mention how thrilled I am that the Tyrant drawing here has become one of the signature SRB dino illustrations, as it's the one I own the original art to)
