Get Well wishes to Ric Estrada
Daniel Best reports that Ric Estrada is in poor health recently. I'm mostly familiar with Estrada from his 1970s work at DC, including the art for many of the Robert Kanigher's Gallery of War short back-ups, and the BLITZKRIEG series he did with Kanigher. I also greatly enjoyed many of his essays about his work in the comics that appeared in Robin Snyder's newsletter THE COMICS back in the 1990s. That's very sad news. I like his art a lot. There has been too much sad news in comics lately.
